Album wydany został 5 lipca 1993 r. przez wytwórnie: One Little Indian (w Wielkiej Brytanii) i Elektra (w Ameryce Pn.). Już w listopadzie tego samego roku w Wielkiej Brytanii ukazało się jego wznowienie, wzbogacone o dodatkowy utwór „Play Dead”, pochodzący ze ścieżki dźwiękowej z filmu „The Young Americans” (tytuł polski „Amerykański łowca”, reż. Danny Cannon, 1993).
